Meet your new trainer!

Lauren Campbell, NSCA-CPT

Hi, I’m Lauren — recent Exercise Science & Athletic Training graduate from Liberty University, former Liberty University Football  and Lacrosse student strength coach, and founder of Base Camp Strength. I created this space to help women build strength, restore energy, and feel confident in both their movement and their bodies.


My background includes experience in athletic performance, functional fitness, and wellness coaching. I’ve worked with student athletes, active women, and clients facing autoimmune conditions, chronic fatigue, and other health challenges — including my own. That personal journey through illness, healing, and rebuilding is what drives my mission today.


At Base Camp Strength, I offer:

   •    1:1 In-Person Strength Training

   •    Custom At-Home Training Programs

   •    Weekly Coaching Check-Ins

   •    A supportive space for women to train with purpose and feel at home

I take a functional fitness approach to coaching — focused on movement that builds real strength for real life. My goal is to help you feel strong, capable, and supported every step of the way.
